Summertime comes, ice-creams time arrives and BBQ time looming round the
corner!
I had this lovely ice-cream which originated from North Wales on Sunday - Cadwaladers. While we were waiting for the film to start in the cinema, we just could not resist the ice-cream calling us to sit down and enjoy right outside the cinema! I know, any excuse for something sweet, especially ice-cream, but this one was just simply irresistable!

Lovely warm Belgian Waffle, cold fresh dairy Vanilla ice-cream, topped with fresh whipped cream and caramel sauce - warm and cold on the same dish - one of my favourite dessert.
Even the Cadwalader's own waffle biscuit is delicious! Yummy!!!!
